Q: What paper is used for the prints?
A: We use Epson Ultrachrome inks and Hahnemuehle Photo Rag 100% archival cotton fine art paper for all our printing.
Q: Are the images unframed or framed?
A: The photo prints are only available unframed through our online print gallery. If you wish to purchase a framed print, please contact us by email, or call 1300 783 837 or +61 7 3710 2541 if an international customer.
Q: Are the canvas prints available rolled or stretched?
A: The canvas prints are available both rolled or stretched. A stretched canvas has already been stretched over a thick wooden frame and is ready to hang on your wall. Please note that we do not ship stretched canvas prints internationally, but do offer rolled canvas prints for our international customers.
Q: Does the freight charge include insurance?
A: All freight charges include insurance. In some instances, we are unable to insure items to certain countries. However, we will insure items wherever possible.
Q: Do you ship the prints worldwide?
A: Yes, we do ship worldwide.
Q: How long will delivery take?
A: Please allow seven working days for production of your prints. Delivery of prints in Australia will vary and all international orders may take longer to arrive depending on international freight times.
Q: Do the prints come with a certificate of authenticity?
A: All prints on photographic paper will include a certificate of authenticity, which ensures its integrity, and states the date of purchase and a description of the image.
Q: Are the prints signed by Steve Parish?
A: All of our canvas prints will have a digital signature placed on the image wrap.
Q: What if I am not happy with the quality of the print production when I receive my item?
A: If you are not happy with the print production, please contact us by email, or call us on 1300 783 837 or for international customers +61 7 3710 2541. We adhere to very strict quality standards at every stage in the production of your Steve Parish print. There may be differences between the colours you view on your computer monitor and the final product. Please note that what you see is a guide only and your high-resolution print will look much sharper and display more detail and vibrant colours than the low-resolution image displayed on screen.
Q: What if the print is damaged when I receive it?
A: In the unlikely event that your print is damaged when it arrives, please contact us immediately on 1300 783 837 if in Australia or +61 7 3710 2541 if overseas to arrange a return delivery. We will organise for a new print to be delivered at no extra charge.
Q: How can I pay for the print?
A: Our e-commerce site allows you to pay online via Paypal or credit card. If you wish to pay by other means, please see the options below.
