Steve’s images are developed in our digital labs by experienced staff who use the latest technology and techniques perfected over many years. His most recent images have been produced with a 50 megapixel Hasselblad camera system and are absolutely breathtaking. Please note that prints may vary in colour from those images displayed on screen.
Photo Prints
Steve’s photographic prints are printed on archival media that will not fade for at least 100 years* when framed using standard UV filtered glass. We use Epson Ultrachrome K3 Inks and Hahnemuhle ‘Photo Rag’ 100% Archival cotton fine art paper for all our printing.
Unframed Photo Prints
Our unframed photo prints will arrive with a 10mm border around the image to enable ease of future mounting/framing. All photo prints will be sent with a certificate of authenticity, which ensures its integrity, and states the date of purchase and a description of the image.
The photo prints are only available unframed via our online print gallery. If you require framing, we suggest taking it to your local framers for their expert advice that will suit your personal taste and décor. Canvas Prints
Canvas as a printing medium is very difficult to get right. Many factors go into producing a print on canvas that retains the vibrancy, depth and clarity of the original image. Over the past six months we have tested many different types of canvas and finishes to find the canvas, ink and varnish combination that produces the desired result. The archival quality canvas is coated with a protective layer that prevents fading, protects the print when handling and will last a lifetime.
When buying a canvas print from the Steve Parish Gallery, you are not buying a mass-produced or production line piece of art.
Rolled Canvas Print
Our rolled canvas prints will arrive with an additional 45mm border beyond the wrap edge to enable ease of future mounting/framing. All canvas prints will have a digital signature placed on the image wrap.
Stretched Canvas Print
Our stretched canvas prints come ready-to-hang on your wall. The wooden frame is strong and larger sized prints will be braced through the middle eliminating any sag or bowing. The will come with simple fixtures for wooden walls, but you may need to obtain appropriate hanging fixtures for your wall should you have masonry or similar.
All of our canvas prints have an extra 45mm on all sides for the viewable edge, or “Gallery-Wrap” as illustrated in the image to the right.
Delivery times
For Australian customers, please allow seven working days for production of your prints. Delivery of prints in Australia will vary and all international orders may take longer to arrive depending on international freight times.
Secure Packaging
All of our products are shipped using our courier service in made to measure packaging to ensure your canvas arrives in perfect condition. Larger more fragile stretched canvas prints are securely packaged in wooden package crates.
Pricing
All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD). GST will be added to orders for delivery in Australia. All other freight charges will be added to your order at the Checkout. All freight charges include insurance wherever possible. Please note that in some instances we are unable to insure items to certain international countries.
Guarantee
At every stage in the production of your Steve Parish print we ensure that we adhere to very strict quality standards. However, there may be differences between the colours you view on your computer monitor and the final product. Please note that what you see is a guide only and your high-resolution print will look much sharper and display more detail and vibrant colours than the low-resolution image displayed on screen.
